My relatively new GE water softener would not recharge and I was referred to H2O Pro Solutions by a local plumber. I called H2O that day and spoke briefly to a service rep about the situation. What impressed me most about that call was the confidence that he had in H2O’s ability to solve my problem. Dann came the following Tuesday and was fantastic - he was on time for the appointment, personable, and very knowledgeable about water softeners like mine. It turned out to be a relatively easy fix – it took only about 30 minutes. I really appreciate having a water professional like Dann that I can count on in Laramie.

Dan and Nathan installed a water softener and an RO system in our home. What was to be a 3-4 hour job took a whole day and half of the next. In an older home, nothing ever goes as expected. Every problem they ran into, they fixed! They even called to check that everything was in working order the next day. Nathan came right over when we had a leak. When the RO system continued leaking, Dan offered to come back on a Sunday to remedy the situation! Outstanding service! Kind and professional all the way! We highly recommend them for your water solutions!

Nathan and Dann were wonderful to work with. They made sure to give us the systems we needed and where we needed them. They ran into problems with our old plumbing and made all repairs at no additional cost to us. I would highly recommend them. Nathan has checked with us a few times to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was working perfectly. Thanks so much for such good service.

Just had an under the sink install and it has changed EVERYTHING for me! No more having to haul water, no more rationing my water supply. The water is so fresh and clean! This has been a wonderful experience with Dann who is knowledgeable, friendly, and very communicable. 10/10 recommend!

I have NEVER been the recipient of better service than that provided by Dann Harvey (and Mardi) when he built and installed our RO system. Nothing about our house and well were standard and Dann had to "engineer" the system to accommodate us. He spent long hours customizing the equipment to fit in an unusually small space. The end result is that the system fits the space and functions flawlessly. Perhaps of even greater significance is the follow up that we've received after the installation. We received texts from Dann asking if everything is functioning as it should when we hosted a group at our home shortly after the system was put in. I can't speak highly enough of H2O Pro Solution's professionalism.
